Endo Kame – Blue Dream

It starts extremely slowly, like a ritual ambient festival passing by in the distance, with eroded, slow melodies and sprawling, empty drones hovering above the autumn lakes like ghosts of dead fishers. But somewhere in the 3rd or 4th track the strange, hypnotic minimal techno hypnosis kicks in and engulfs the whole cassette into reduced, austere club atmospherics, each more immersive than the one before. Somewhere between the Germanic forest daydreaming of Gas and Pantha du Prince and the gamelan and gong improvisations, the music of Endo Kame puts his vision on a spiritual autobahn.
