Sierść – Sierść Sierść Sierść

Don’t let the tag “weed metal” mistake you too much – while the debut album by the Warsaw based band Sierść (“fur” in Polish) might be just az hazy and confusing as a good quality weed experience, it’s much closer to the lo-fi black metal of early Norwegian trolls filtered through the nihilistic anger of hardcore punx with a pinch of homemade noise rock anger and a penchant for squealing feedback and unintelligible vocals “sung” in a high pitched vocals reverbed into oblivion. Set your fur on fire. Cut your guts. Play this loud. Intriguing!
